Marinated Ribs
Ingredients:
1kg Ribs
250mL Tomato Sauce
100mL Vinegar (Red or White Wine Vinegar or Balsamic work well but whatever you have)
4 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic
Spices to your liking - Paprika, pepper, cayene, chilli
Method:
Place all in your hotpot on high for 5 - 6 hours. Place bones into oven tray and baste in sauce. Roast on 200 degrees for 45 mins, basting every 15 mins if you remember.
