1kg Casserole beef or Osso Bucco
500g Tomato Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup Red Wine
2 cloves Garlic
Method:
Place all in your hotpot on high for minimum 8 hours for 1 kg + 40 min for every extra kg.

500g Tomato Pasta Sauce
1/2 jar Your favourite curry paste (Korma, Rogan Josh or Tikka Masala)
200mL Coconut Cream
Vegetables of your choice
Method:
Place beef, pasta sauce and curry paste in your hotpot on high for minimum 8 hours for 1 kg + 40 min for every extra kg.
1 hour before serving, add coconut cream and hard vegetables (pumpkin, potato or sweet potato).
15 mins before serving, add soft vegetables (carrots, beans, mushrooms).
